It doesn’t look like much, so I’ve used the “before” picture instead. Thankfully, it does taste delicious, especially served with homemade Fresh Flat Breads



1 large pot of fresh Greek yogurt

Half a cucumber, seeds removed

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

Juice and zest of half a lemon

2tbls fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to season



  1. Grate the cucumber, and then squeeze it between sheets of kitchen roll to remove as much of the excess liquid as possible
  2. Mix the cucumber into all the other ingredients and then turn into a pretty bowl for serving
  3. Ensure this is chilled well before serving, and keep chilled as much as possible
